About Me

I am experienced Iyengar yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others and believe that everyone can benefit from this ancient practice. My teaching style is focused on precision and alignment, and uses props such as blocks, straps, and blankets to help students deepen their practice and achieve proper alignment in each pose. I create a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their bodies and minds, and encourages them to listen to their own bodies and practice at their own pace. I am dedicated to helping my students build strength, flexibility, and balance, both on and off the mat.
